hi the noodleheads shake it song is good for all the family i said to them lets do tenergy and played the shake it song and by the end we all did it and my sister asked to do it again so we did then we tried the walking song and that was fun aswell. :)

hi we think that tenergy is fun and we all enjoyed the shake it song and the walking song and now we like to make our own routines tenergy is active and keeps us from getting bored we like tenergy. :)
