i had fun learning about different shadows big ones small ones thin ones and fat ones using torches is fun where you shine it on to a wall and we made the shadow puppets and put it in front of the light source (torch) to make a shadow
a big shadow is created when you move the object closer because it blockes more light and a small one is because less light is blocked have a nice day bye!

great game about shadows it made shadows even at night from the light at the moon.
To make a shadow you need: a object and a light. I like playing the shadow games
to make a shadow you need a light source such as a torch light travels in a straight line so what ever the object is it will block the light from getting around the object for example if you had a shadow it is because you are blocking the light source because it cant go through the object because it needs to be opaque

A shadow is formed when the light from a light source is blocked. For example, when the sun comes out, the tree is opaque(won't let light through) a shodow is formed behind it.
But it also depends on the time of the day. In the evning the shadow will be longer, because the sun is nearer to the opaque object.
So now you know, if the light source is nearer to the object the shadow is longer.
I also really enjoyed the shadow puppets we used on wednesday!!

whan you move a liht closar your shadow gats bigar and whan you move your shadow far the shadow gats smallar.
